1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alevon Homes platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Alevon Homes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Alevon Homes provides a technology platform that connects homeowners ("Consumers") with home service professionals ("Professionals"). The Service facilitates:

• Submission and discovery of home service requests
• Communication between Consumers and Professionals
• Estimate creation, comparison, and acceptance
• Scheduling and management of home service projects
• Secure payment processing for services rendered

Alevon Homes is not a home service provider. We do not perform, guarantee, or warranty any services provided by Professionals on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify Alevon Homes immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests or estimates

5. Payments and Fees

All payments processed through the Service are subject to our payment terms. Consumers agree to pay for services as outlined in accepted estimates. Professionals agree to the applicable service fees and commission structures.

Alevon Homes uses third-party payment processors. By using the payment features, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

5.1 Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts and refund policies are governed by the applicable regional deposit policy and the terms outlined in the accepted estimate.

5.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Disputes regarding payments should be reported through the Service within 14 days of the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alevon Homes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alevon Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alevon Homes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

9. Termination

Alevon Homes may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
